I have always been a huge fan of movies about superheroes. The Dark Knight is by far my favorite superhero film. The new Thor movie is receiving a lot of media attention because it supposedly takes special effects to a different level. I'm really excited to see this film. The trailer looks awesome! Here it is!
I don't know if it takes special effects to a different level...I just watched it and while the effects were very VERY good, I personally wouldn't consider it anything that blows the status quo out of the water.
ReplyDeleteI definitely recommend you go see it though. I thoroughly enjoyed it (save for a few cliche moments I could've done without), but overall it was such a fun and enjoyable film! Plenty of humor and plenty of action as well. Some parts did move a bit slowly and the story was choppy at parts, but I believe it did justice to bringing the comic to screen.
Since you are into Superhero movies, the Green Lantern is getting ready to hit movie theaters June 17th and Captain America is scheduled to hit theaters July 22nd. Dark Knight is also one of my favorite superhero movies, I always was into Batman when I was younger and now to see it with all of the cool effects is awesome!
