Best Workout Class Ever!
I really want to get in good shape this summer before going to graduate school. I heard that P90X is one of the best workout routines out there to get you into the best shape of your life. I'm sure P90X is awesome, but this class seems even funner...especially for guys. The song is pretty awesome too. Enjoy!

This would be the best workout ever! This video has been out for a while now and I'm glad it's still so popular. The work out in this video is so entertaining. It would be nice if a workout with people dressed like that actually existed, but I doubt it.
ReplyDeleteEven though the workout is entertaining, it looks like it actually takes a lot of effort to do. Hmm, instead of P90x or Insanity, maybe this type of workout is the next up and coming kind of workout? Not a bad business plan! I'm sure something like this would sell really well whether it worked well or not, although it would probably generate more profits if it did.
